Martha Makhela is an eloquent Communicator, a Coach and Mentor who has selflessly contributed to the growth and development of many young people within her communities.
She is an Entrepreneur who can spot business opportunities and potential in others at a glance.
She has received countless awards for community development within and outside SABC (where she served for 15 years) for her role in the empowerment of women and youth.
Martha is a role model who has enormous gifts to inspire and motivate others to greatness.
Her role within Potential Exponents is promotion, advocacy and implementation of the company’s core programmes in strategic designated regions within South Africa.
Under the leadership of Shoni Khangala (CEO and Founder), Potential Exponents offers the following services: Coaching and Mentoring; Coach Training; Motivational Speaking; Training and Management Consulting. The company is an Accredited Training Service Provider, and offers Accredited programmes in Oral Communications and Working in Teams; Management Development; Change Management; and Conflict Management. The Coaching and Mentoring programme is currently undergoing SETA accreditation; although Shoni Khangala is already an Accredited Coach and Mentor in his personal capacity.
Shoni Khangala is a Certified Life and Business Master Coach.
